Ayurveda, translated for modern life
Hi, I am Ravina

Why I Started Ananta Harmony
I didn’t start Ananta Harmony because I had all the answers.
I started it because I had questions about my own health that I desperately wanted to understand.
From an early age, I experienced health complications, and later, PCOD and major hormonal challenges became an important part of my journey. There were times when I felt disconnected from my own body and unsure of what it was really asking for.
That journey led me to study Ayurveda and nutrition more deeply. The more I learned, the more I understood that wellness isn’t about one perfect diet, one quick fix, or following endless rules. It is about understanding your body, your habits, your food, your surroundings, and finding a rhythm that you can actually sustain.
I began applying what I was learning to my own life, and over time, those changes transformed the way I understood health and wellbeing.
That experience became the beginning of Ananta Harmony.
I created Ananta Harmony to make wellness feel simpler, more practical, and more beautiful — bringing together thoughtful nutrition, everyday healthy living, seasonal wisdom, and the timeless principles of Ayurveda for modern life.
I’m not here to tell you that there is only one way to live well.
I believe there are infinite ways to create harmony in our lives.
This is Ananta Harmony.
Balance. Heal. Thrive.
Editorial standards
These are the rules I hold this site to. If I break one, please tell me.
- Every health article names its author. No anonymous medical content.
- Claims about herbs cite the study. Where the evidence is small, old, or industry-funded, I say which.
- Traditional use and proven effect are kept apart. Used for centuries is not evidence and will not be dressed up as it.
- No cure claims, ever. Nothing here treats or cures a disease, and in India making that claim about an Ayurvedic product is illegal.
- Reviewed content is marked. Articles reviewed by a qualified practitioner carry their name and the review date. Ones that are not, do not pretend to be.
- Corrections stay visible. If I get something wrong I fix it and note the change rather than quietly editing.
Welcome, and thank you
My hope is that this becomes a trusted companion, somewhere you come back to when you want a straight answer about food, rest, or the rhythm of your day. If something here helps, or if you think I have got something wrong, I would genuinely like to hear it.

The daily rhythm page is the one thing I would point a newcomer at first. It is where the biggest change came from for me.
